I'm hungry K'erMineLove! I wanna eat, can I eat? I think that would be like totally amazing, and I would be the best at it! Don't you think I'd be good at eating MineLoveMine?
Of course Kin, just let me grab the straps real quick and get you settled in.
But the huuuurt! I don't wanna have them...but then you may fall, and go splat...and that wouldn't be good.......................................would it?
No...I don't think so sweetheart.
The dusky purple dragoness chortled and flicked her wings again, prancing from one foot to another like an overly excited yearling, the runnerbeast kind, and her eyes glowing with the bright blues or contentedness. A streak of orange and red was there too though, and the hunger pangs were obvious enough. She had gone too long without eating, again, but with such low numbers in the herds on Rindell everyone had to be cautious. Unfortunately, that meant that people also tended to look on the Southern Continent for new beasts to either bring into the herds or just munch on right there on enemy turf.
The hunger though, well K'er could understand why one might give into it enough to risk that. He was about to himself. Alright, let me just give this a tug.......okay! Let me get up silly wherry. He patted the purple hide affectionately, hopping into place as Kinurninth gave him a helping boost upward with her nose. Kinurninth be best huntress Rebellion has ever seen! She stalks her prey with a deadly accuracy until...until....ummr..................Mine? K'er bit back a little laugh and whistled to the trio of Huntyres, the leader of the group whistling back and snapping his beak. Noir would keep them out of trouble, if not Kere certainly would. The sunset was sleeping cuddled against her lunar brother at the moment though, so the nightshade would have to do.
Yeah Kin?
Where are we going again?
K'er sighed and gave the picture again, biting his lip and hoping that the Amethyst had made good enough memory of it this time to take them there safely. Thankfully, after a little heart stopping moment, she did and the warm Southern sun beat down against the boy's dark head. Land there and go find something to eat. I'll just take a nap in the grass. Doing as she was told the young dragoness spiraled down and settled in the field with a flourish of her wings, lowering her neck for Hers to slide off. Just as soon as K'er's feet touched the ground though the Amethyst was back into the air and looking for food.
