It had been almost two sevendays, two whole sharding sevendays! So, why did she still feel uncomfortable? Alyara paced back and forth in J'dol's weyr, her weyr too she supposed. It didn't feel like it right now though. All the usually comforting sights and smells only reminded her of their little dilemma, that something could be terribly wrong between them. They hadn't talked about the baby since that day really, if it came up it was for a brief moment, generally because she had just been sick. Which, unfortunately was starting to happen more frequently now. Faranth she hated it!
The life inside her, no she loved that. However the entire feeling of helplessness, that was something Ara could do without. Her hands started petting the little pale Green, one hand crooking under Stella's head in order to rub her chin. She had been an interesting addition tot he duet she had already gotten. How J'dol was able to stand the trio though, Ara had no idea. Currently the newest member had curled herself around the rider's neck, watching Aries with glaring eyes. Naturally, the Gold glared right back and Bayi was trying fruitlessly to cause both sets of eyes to be on him.
Perhaps you could hit those trees again with the arrows you like so much? Avirith's voice came from the cave she and Kayath shared, though it was entirely hers now that Kayath had clutched and was on the Sands. No, I want to fly Avi. I need to. The Green gave a worried warble, and Ara pet the dragoness' head gently. "No, not between, just fly." That seemed to lighten the dragon's mood, and in little time they had collected the straps from where they were starting to gather dust from not being used for so long and had them placed on the Green.
Ready? Ara nodded, holding a steady hand on Bayi and Stella since it would be their first ride on dragonback. Aries just settled on Ara's back, curling her orange, gold tail around her middle. They were in the air then, and Ara couldn't help but give a shout at the joy of the air rushing past. She had needed this, more than anything she had just needed this, to feel like herself again. I love you Avirith. The Green crooned back, heading over the ocean and along the cliffs of the beaches. I will always love you AraMine.

The beach was below him. The garnet gave a slight hiss. The water was a glorious blue. One day this would belong to the Rebellion too. Oh yes... the king had plans, devious plans, beyond that of Noita and her rebellion. So did his rider. Devious minds... Or so they supposed.
Mine. Look below. It is Avirith's and hers... Why don't we have a nice visit...? The garnet's croon was almost a bit of a growl as he spiraled down and leveled out beside and slightly above Avirith. Hello queen of all beauty. It has been some time since we have seen you. How fair you and your rider... Perhaps we can land and talk. His voice is seductive and low pitched as he spoke to the lovely green female and started spiraling down towards the soft sands below.
The red king landed and gave a hiss of irritation as sand flew up around him from the down draft of his wings. An'sif soon dismounted and stood beside his red terror, patting his thigh. We should not stay too long... you know what will likely happen if we are caught here.
Hmph. Like they coudl take us... I am far too fast and strong for any of them. Even for that little amethyst and her rider who wounded you. Don't forget... you still owe them for that....
An'sif sighed and shook his head, running a hand through his hair.

As the dark form of the Garnet appeared Avirith crooned affectionately. Yes, and greetings to you as well Red Prince. The Green spiraled around him, flicking her tail against his hide as she landed with a graceful, predatory crouch. What are you here for? Mine and I have not seen you and Yours since...well, it has certainly been a while. Avirith chortled, amused as Alyara refused to slip down from her neck. She had never thought she'd see him, never. Her eyes swiped over the rebel's body, forcing away from the bandage and then meeting his eyes for only a brief moment before looking elsewhere.
"An'sif...you should be on Rindell...not here." Her voice was careful, her body tense. Faranth why of all people had it had to be him she came across of all the people she knew from the Rebellion?!? "It's...been a while. How are you?" The rider couldn't keep the awkward curiosity from her mind any longer, it was preying on her the more she tried to contain it. So what if this was the rider and dragon that had caught Avirith while they were with the rebels? It certainly didn't matter now, she had a....well....she had J'dol. That was right, she had him. Her body still stayed seated on Avirith's neck though, wary of getting down where it would be harder to escape.
"Are you worried about recruits? We are trying, but there are few enough at Trelis as it is...though with the clutch things should be better soon. We have another Queen, everyone is so proud."
{sorry it's short >.<}

Queen of beauty... I am so very glad to see you again. he crooned with pleasure. How I miss the way you lit up our skies with your glory... An'sif sighed. such a flirt. And then he would turn aroudn and go back and tell Sylencath that she was the only one for him. Faranth, the bumbling garnet idiot. or so that was what An'sif was thinking of his bonded pivately at the moment. We fair well, Avirith., my darling. The garnet reached out to nuzzle his most recent mate's neck gently he had not taken chase recently.
An'sif's eyes took in Ara briefly. She was nothing like his Noita. That was right. His Noita. He loved her and would always love her. That was that. "Indeed, you are very... bright, Ara," he said dryly, leaning against his dragon. He smiled slightly. "We're doing fairly well... It has been awhile indeed. I think Noita actually misses you and she isn't one to miss anyone. Or let on that she does, at least." He looked at Ara. Pretty. But not the woman he lvoed. Not at all. And he had someoen else to love. Sot that was that. In his midn at least.
"No... not just recruits... W'ere concerned about some othere things as well. We need intelligence and one of our spies has not checked in recently. R'vin, I think you know him. If you speak with him... tell him to return to Rindell immediately, if yo uwould..." He stood there and looked at her with some interest. "How are you fairing, Ara. The last I heard of you was that you and J'dol of Topaz Kayath are qutie the item now..."

Well flattery always was a nice thing when you were a certain green dragoness. Avirith crooned an appreciated sound at the Garnet's words, curling up her tail around her feet as she moved to nuzzle her nose against his shoulder. And it is wonderful to see you here as well my Dark Prince. How long has it been? Ara nudged her lifemate as the familiar flirtatious feelings entered her mind, and instantly the green snorted and ignored her rider. Mine is being...less that cooperative with me at the moment. She has been through a lot lately.
"R'vin....yes, I know him...I'll pass along the message of course. I've been hearing rumors though, little things. Has Bay Weyr really started attacking you with Southern? I thought they supported the rebellion's cause? Noita must have something planned, either you're thought broken or waiting...it's mainly why I can't raise interest without also raising suspicion." She choked momentarily as she said the bluerider's name, but quickly and easily went into the other part of her message. When he started talking about her relationship, her personal life...well that was different.
"I...well..." She blushed and just as quickly she bit her tongue to interrupt the nervousness. "Item may be the official word, but as you probably know An'sif things aren't always as they appear....it's been...interesting." Her eyes lowered as she moved her hand to her stomach, a subconscious gesture that she dropped as soon as she realized it had been there in the first place. How could she say that they had asked her...that they had..."I can't...I can't spy on them anymore An'sif. I won't. I will recruit if I must and send messages, but I won't let you use me to spy on J'dol and Iirla anymore...I...I love him."
