Did a picture of Rahath, my lazuli-colored dragon. Wouldn't mind opinions, if you all want to give it. Does the silver highlight look right, or just weird? Do you think it matches her physical description? Should I try doing the silver by hand instead of using a photoshop filter? Is this even what a lazuli is supposed to look like? Physical Description: Her hide is rather striking; the base is a deep, somewhat silvery blue, but with lighter silver-blue, almost metallic highlights. The hide fades to a more purplish blue shade on her chin and belly, the underside of her neck and tail, and the thinnest parts of her wingsails. It wouldn't be too easy to mistake her for a blue, even if she wasn't female.

She's beautiful, and yes that's what a darker lazuli is supposed to look like. Too much silver makes them look like Obsidians, so that's perfect.

That's a relief! I wasn't even thinking about the similarity to an Obsidian when I was designing her, so I'm glad I dodged that bullet.
