Yes I am totally opening this thing up again. Basically it's a rumor/bulletin board for your characters.
In neat script a note has been placed on the board...
I heard that the Weyrwoman is having a kid! |

It's not a written note, but rumors have been whispered among the healers and caverns workers.
I heard there's been some strange things disappearing from the storerooms.
I heard some rather dangerous potions disappeared from the infirmary last week...
You don't think someone's going to get hurt do you?

In professional looking script:
No one is to go too far outside of the Weyr on their own. Nothing to worry about, this is just a caution in case the eggs hatch soon.
Underneath there has been another note in a different hand that is mostly scratched out but barely readable still:
I saw a strange Garnet and rider near the Weyr today.....I don't think they're keeping us in because of the eggs...
