Talian will normally leave her hair in a ponytail, but will sometimes let it hang loose around her shoulders. Her eyes are just open pathways to her feelings, and are about the only way she can communicate with the world around her. Even though she can communicate with her sister and all of the firelizards of the Weyr, she has had to find another way of communicating with everyone else, and her eyes help her with this. She isn’t very talented at hiding what she’s really feeling just yet, but she practices very hard. She is very expressive; this is mainly because she is trying to make people understand her, even though she cannot speak. She has had to find more creative ways of getting her point across to those people that don’t understand facial expressions, and actually gets pretty frustrated with this.

Talian has medium, golden brown hair, that she normally let's hang loosely around her shoulders. She will tie her hair back in a ponytail, especially when she's working. Her eyes are a light hazel that consists of grays and greens, though they are more green than grey. Occasionally, they even will show hints of blue in the right lighting. Her eyes are very soulful, as in; they are like windows to her soul. They show people what she is really feeling. Though, she is actually very talented in hiding her emotion's when she wants to. Talian is EXTREMELY expressive, and she really has to be since she is a mute, which means she can't talk. She always gets her point across, even if that means she has to ask her sister to talk for her. She is about 5'4" and weighs about 127 pounds.

Though, she thinks she is more individualized than that. The person she most resembles though is her Identical sister Inoria. There are times that she might act like her sister, but the lack of a voice is what really gives her away. She doesn’t really like to wear clothes that really show off her curves, and instead likes to tougher work clothes. She will dress up for special occasions and does have a few nice clothes storied away for those occasions but otherwise all of her clothes are made of very tough and durable leather. Her dress clothes are made of really soft but strong silk and are midnight blue in color, her favorite color.

Personality:
Talian is a very calm and level-headed person. She would rather think things through than just rush in head first without a plan. She is surprisingly creative and energetic all at the same time. She can also be very destructive when she's upset, but that isn't very often. Normally all it takes is her sister to calm her down once she's upset. Truth be told, she really is happiest when she is with her sister, or around firelizards. She has a tendency to carry around everything needed to write and draw. So when she has an idea, or needs to talk to someone and her sister isn't around, she can do so. Talian loves to be outside, especially on sunny days. She just can't stand sitting inside, and doing nothing during sunny days. Don't get her wrong though, she is a very studious person, and will always do as she is told...well...almost always.
Even though she seems like the perfect daughter, she has a very rebellious streak, especially when it comes to her father. She loves her dad, but to be really honest, she is a mommy's girl. She knows how to manipulate her father, and will do so without hesitation. Talian isn't really a manipulative person, the only one she manipulates is her father, and that's only when her mother isn't around. She is a very sweet person, and especially loves firelizards, and young children. But that is only after her family. She is very protective of her sister, and even though she can't talk, she will find a way to let others know not to mess with them. Even if that means she has to use her fists. The only person she will follow around like lost puppy dog, is her sister, and if anyone tries to come between them, this level-headed young girl will absolutely freak.
