Chahaturth growled low in her throat as she did her best to stay hidden within the Dark-Sun Caves. She didn’t like being this close to Trelis, but it had been a while since she had received any word on their spies within the Weyr. She felt it was her duty as Lieutenant to keep tabs on each and every one of them, so she had decided to come personally for the information relay. Who it was exactly she was going to meet here she wasn’t sure. But she did know that they had better hurry or they would have to pay dearly for making her wait like this. She silently shifted position so she could see the entrance to the caves better, but made sure to remain hidden. There was no point of her risking the entire operation for a little more comfort. She made a mental note to definitely take a long bath when she got back to the Rebellion though.
For such a large dragon, Chahaturth seemed to be doing an amazing job on keeping herself unnoticed. So far at least two farmers and more than a few wild beasts have walked right past the caves without so much as a second glance. That knowledge helped calm her a little, but not by much. She wasn’t one for patience after all. She took a few deep breaths to keep herself becoming completely irate. Whoever it is that is supposed to meet me better be praying. She hissed as she spoke, thankfully for her though her hiss sounded just like the wind blowing through the Dark-Sun Caves. If the dragon that she was supposed to meet didn’t show up soon, someone, or something, was going to have to pay dearly for making her stay in those damp, dirty caves.

Braymoth slunk through the underbrush, not at all pleased that he had to play messenger for the rebellion. Sure, he prided himself on the fact he was a spy for them, but it didn’t mean he wanted to play nice for whichever sharding dragon they sent to meet him. It wasn’t even the job that annoyed him, it was the fact he wouldn’t be able to have any fun while delivering the information that made him want to just turn back to the Weyr.
He twisted around a tree, grumbling slightly as his large form made his travel loud and rather obvious… but he was more likely to avoid notice of Trelis’ watchdragons this way. A draconic sigh of relief rippled through his frame as the Dark-Sun caves came into view. Finally, he had arrived at the meeting place. He was rather shocked to see that the dragon he was supposed to meet wasn’t here yet… or was he or she just hiding? The garnet stopped his movements and waited. A few anxious moments of silence passed before he heard a low, almost unnoticeable sound from the caves. Perhaps his partner was there after all.
He slunk out towards the cave as quietly as he could before letting a low, menacing growl escape. If it was anything other than a dragon it would run away… but if it was the one he was to meet… chances are he or she would make their presence known.

Chahaturth perked slightly at hearing the growl of another dragon. I see you have finally decided show yourself. Took you long enough. Her voice was a harsh hiss as she spoke to the dragon that had neared the Dark-Sun Caves. She stood and slowly, every so carefully stepped out of her hiding place. Her anger dissipated slightly when she recognized who it was that had come to relay the information. It had been quite a while since she had seen the garnet dragon that now stood in front of her. It has been a long time Braymoth, what news do you have? She had matured quite considerably since the last time they had had some alone time together. She was already much taller than him, but she still held great respect for the young garnet male.
Chahaturth sat with her tail wrapped around her legs as she waited for him to speak. She looked him over, and was quite impressed with the way he had filled out. He was slender, but in her eyes, seemed to be very muscular. Yes, he really was an interesting specimen. She flicked her tail absentmindedly as looked him over, and really did appear like a hungry predator who was sizing up her prey. A soft growl escaped her throat and she resituated herself to appear more like she was ready to pounce, and in all reality, she was. Her swirling gaze took in everything around them, and scanned every feature of every shadow, bush, and tree, looking for any signs of trouble. Now really wasn’t the time to take things lightly, even if she was in the company of such a handsome male.

Braymoth wanted to rip the throat out of whichever sorry dragon was lying in wait. Didn't they understand he had to sneak out about to get out here for this stupid report? His griwl deepened until the dragon, or in this case dragoness, stepped out of the cave, the sun glinting off her metallic orange hide. Well, that there might have made this entire waste of time almost worthwhile; however, the first words out of her mouth were straightforward and down to business.
Tsk tsk, His tail swished lazily as he lowered himself to the ground, equally on edge as she was. After such a long time you have no sweet words for me? Oh how you hurt me princess. The garnet's voice held a slight teasing tone, though it was also mildly annoyed. He supposed the quicker he got the business out of the way the quicker he would be able to have some fun, with or without the topaz. I suppose business would be the only reason for you to come see me. If you really must know, one of the human spies will arrange for a handful of herdbeasts to 'escape' from the Southern fields before dark tomorrow. It would be in your best interests to catch them before the felines do. He began, his voice showing just how disinterested.
As well, healing equipment is to be left alone. Trelis is still responsible for fighting Thread and Mine cannot do her job with the supplies destroyed. While he didn't entirely approve of Yufa's desire to heal, he understood the necessity for it. Not to mention, the faster she finished learning the faster they could leave Trelis.
He let a light growl of approval slip from his throat as he noticed the way she was looking at him, but continued the report nonetheless, touching upon what he knew of S'vrin and Ar'rex's movements, which sadly was not much more than what the rebellion already knew. I never thought you would be one to stare, Chahaturth. Perhaps you see something you like? He let his own eyes rake over the dragoness' form as he spoke.

Chahaturth snorted at Braymoth’s words, but was none the less amused by them. I have let Mine know what you have told me this day Braymoth. You have done well my Prince. Whether or not he wanted to be her prince, he was stuck with the title. Well, I should say whether or not Lorendyth likes it. It is no secret that the large female doesn’t like the attention Braymoth has given the smaller green dragoness. She shook herself mentally, ridding herself of all the thoughts of Lorendyth. She had more important things to occupy her mind. That’s when Braymoth spoke of her staring at him. She rumbled with amusement at his words, and turned her head away from him a little. This little trip was definitely turning out a lot better than she had originally thought it would.
What if I do see something I like? And what about you Braymoth, you seem to be quite interested in what you see before you. Her voice was sweet, soft, and full of teasing playfulness. It had been a long while since she had been able to speak with her favorite Garnet like this, too long in her opinion. Her tail twitched with excited anticipation at all the “fun” the two of them could have, or could have had if things had been different. Tell me my Prince, what trouble have you been up to lately? She cocked her head to the side a little as she spoke, honest curiosity evident in her voice. She was more interested in what kind of chaos he had been causing than anything else. A small purr slash croon escaped from within her chest as she waited for Braymoth’s response.

Well, prince. A worthy title he supposed, though such a thing would one day be beneath him. Of course he had higher goals for himself later on… but he was a patient dragon. You flatter me, princess. He crooned in response to the title, wanting her to know it pleased him. Of course I am interested in what I see my dear. My favourite topaz stands before me in all her shining glory. One could never compliment a sub-queen enough, he had learned. His tail twitched in amusement.
Sadly, I haven’t been stirring up much trouble lately. With all the time spent coming to these little meetings I haven’t had a good chance to mess with those wannabe-leaders. He huffed in annoyance as he realized just how long it had been since he had caused any real trouble. That would need to be changed soon. Tell me, Chahaturth. Have you been up to your mischievous ways lately?

Chahaturth purred with happiness when she heard Braymoth’s approval of the title she had given him. Though, she had the strange feeling that one day he would no longer be happy with it, and she would be more than happy to give him that chance when the time came. But for now the two of them must make do with what they have. She started to purr even louder when he spoke of her shining glory. He really was one smooth talking male, and she liked it. Oh yes, he had her in the palm of his claw if he so wanted it. As long as he kept praising her, and kept the name of that other thing out of his mouth, she would be more than happy with him. But, as the saying goes, all good things must come to an end eventually. That is too bad, you must start sending someone else out then. There was something evil in her voice, something that would scare most others.
Chahaturth crooned and chirped innocently as he spoke of her being mischievous. Are you talking about little innocent me? I would never do such a thing. There was obviously fake innocence in her voice as she spoke. Both of them knew better than to believe her words, but would she actually admit to causing trouble for those around her? Never, where was the fun in admitting straight out? She liked to keep people guessing, especially her favorite Garnet male. The tip of her topaz tail twitched with amused curiosity as she watched Braymoth. He certainly had grown into quite the handsome male. Tell me my Prince, anything...interesting happen? She had a thing for knowing everything about everything, so when a choice opportunity presented itself to her, she jumped at the chance for some juicy knowledge.

And miss the chance of talking to such a beautiful dragoness? Braymoth crooned, slinking close to Chahaturth, his light muscling rippling with each step he took. I don’t think I could stand it if I knew my favourite queen was spending her time with someone else. His tone, though flirtatious, held a rather sinister note to it. Oh the things he would do if he discovered Chahaturth had given her favor to another. He stroked himself against her side, watching her out of the corner of his eye. He disliked having such a powerful ally be so far away all the time.
He rumbled in amusement, well aware that there wasn’t much innocence in the large dragoness. If I didn’t know any better I’d say you’re thinking I’ve been up to more than I let on. It was said matter-of-factly, but in truth he hadn’t been up to anything outside the ordinary. Though he had been contemplating acting out against the mutant haters. Sadly it would work against his cause, so the garnet was actually at a bit of a loss of what to do.

Chahaturth crooned and purred as Braymoth spoke, and wondered what exactly he would do if she had spent her time with another male. Oh really? Why is that? Her voice was full of mischievous curiosity as she spoke. She purred happily when he rubbed up against her side, and even shivered a little with the pleasure of it. You must find a way to come back and visit me some time my Prince. Her voice was calm, sweet, and a bit of a command in fact. She enjoyed spending time with Braymoth, more than she did with others actually. There was just something about Braymoth that brought out a very sinister side. Most would think that is a bad thing with her being a sub-queen and all. Others, like Braymoth, think it is quite amusing, and actually enjoy it.
Chahaturth’s tail flicked in amusement as she watched her favorite garnet and an idea crossed her mind. Oh the fun she could have with him if she told him that there was another male that had been keeping her company. She wondered just how upset he could be over it, and then he spoke again. Oh and why is that? Have you been up to more? She tilted her Topaz head to the side a little as she spoke. She really didn’t know what he was up to, and finally made the decision to contact one of the other Rebellion spies, and have them keep an eye on her garnet for her. At least then she could make sure he wasn’t paying undue attention to that green pain her tail Lorendyth. She shook her head, and rid herself of the thoughts of the little green. It was best if she just ignored her.

Oh tisk tisk darling. You seem to think I'll spill all of my secrets. He rumbled, continuing to stroke along her side. She was silly though, so high and mighty. In a way he liked that about her, but at the same time it was so very similar to the other queens and sub-queens. As if he HAD to do something just because she said so. Of course Chahaturth. Was all he said.
Her adamant belief that he had something to share amused him to no end. Perhaps he should mess with her some... Oh if you really must know... He purred, subtly putting some distance between himself and the topaz, That darling green Lorendyth really does come up with some of the best ideas sometimes. Would that strike a nerve like he thought it would? Perhaps that would teach his princess to be so nosy!

Chahaturth crooned and continued to purr as Braymoth continued to stroke along her side, and she grumbled softly when he didn’t answer her question. Really my Prince, you are such a tease. She gently reached out and nipped at him as she spoke. He wasn’t telling her what he would do if she had been spending time with another male, which made her start thinking of doing just that, just to see what her favorite garnet would do. Different scenarios played around inside of her head, and she rumbled with the amusement they provided her. She snorted when his voice interrupted her thoughts, and shook herself before resettling herself where she sat. There was something about the way he had answered her that made her think he wasn’t looking forward to seeing her again.
That was something that made Chahaturth displeased, and made her start thinking he preferred spending time with that little hatchling of a green instead of her. She watched curiously as he walked away from her, and wondered what he was up to. Then he spoke, and her questions were answered. She swallowed the hiss that was forming in the back of her throat, and instead snorted softly at the mention of Lorendyth. Oh really now? And what has she done that has you so impressed? Her voice was deceptively sweet and kind as she spoke. If he wasn’t paying attention he might not notice the venom that was delicately laced in her words. Her quickly swirling eyes had turned a light red in color as she kept her eyes glued to the garnets dark form, waiting for him to answer her.

Would you like me if I was anything less, my dear? He rumbled as she nipped him. What an interesting feeling that was. He wondered what it would be like to have teeth truly sunk into his flesh. Despite being a garnet, he had come this far without getting into any real fights, so injuries were extremely rare.
He was surprised that a snort was all he received for bringing up the dragoness she seemed to hate so much. In fact, even her words seemed to be lacking anger of any kind. Of course, Braymoth was rather confident that he knew her well enough to read her, and he had no doubt that she was trying to hide her annoyance. He wondered how far she could be pushed before he’d find himself caught under her claws. Oh the things she can do would make your skin crawl, He purred, taking notice of the red in her eyes as he looked back at her.
He turned towards her and approached her once more, his voice lowering to a sweet whisper. Of course, I don’t doubt my princess could do the same, given the opportunity. Don’t you think, my sweet? His own eyes, despite carrying a constant red tinge, were swirling with amusement.

Chahaturth didn’t like being pushed by anyone, not even her favorite garnet was exempt from this. So when Braymoth started to push her about Lorendyth, well…let’s just say if it hadn’t been for the fact that she was in Trelis territory she would have screamed and tried to beat him to a bloody pulp. Instead she held back that primal urge and did her best to remain calm. She calmed down a little more when he spoke of her doing the same. [c]Oh I am sure I could do a great many things if I had the opportunity my dear Prince.[/c] Her voice was a gentle silver bell that was laced with sweet, seductive honey. She twitched her tail in amusement as she watched Braymoth very carefully. In her mind he was no doubt testing the limits of her patience, which gave her a bit more respect for the garnet.
Not many dragons would push their luck with a dragon larger than themselves, but things made it even more dangerous when a temperamental sub-queen was involved. So she had to give him credit for being as brave as he was. Then again, he was a garnet, and they had a tendency to not be like normal males. She figured that’s why she liked him so much. He wasn’t one to grovel at her feet or try to treat her like something that needed to be sheltered from the world. Indeed he did know how to make a female feel free. It really was quite exhilarating. Her eyes started swirling faster and faster with excitement as she watched Braymoth. She felt like sinking her teeth into something and just reveling in her victims pain and suffering. Oh yes, being around him made her quite devilish.
