Stand down, brother. I mean no harm to you or Abyrath. She just guided me down. Not just any dragon would do that. She is very brave. I would be glad have her next to me in battle, knowing that she has got my back. I am Corth and not at all a bastard. I did not steal anything from you. Abyrath has chosen and can do her good by respecting her decision. Corth craned his neck down and nuzzled the purple dragoness, crooning to her to ease her fear.Know I will treat her well and not let anyone lay a hand on her.
"I will make sure he does." At'kal told Banemith as he smiled. "Corth is no threat. He is loving and kind. Like me." He chuckled. He sighed and introduced himself. "Good day to you, I am Bronzerider At'kal and this is my partner Corth."

Banemith gave a mental sigh. If that is what you wish, my Abyrath, then it shall be so. I am sorry I scared you with my actions. he told Abyrath. He then turned his attention to the bronze. I am Banemith, and this is my rider, G'daro. he announced. G'daro shook hands with the bronzerider. "It's a pleasure to meet you." he replied, giving a sheepish smile, "I can't predict who will win her next flight, but I can assure you that Banemith will give him a run for his money. He has participated in four mating flights; two he won." Banemith puffed his chest out in pride, remembering his first and most recent flight. But then his wings sagged, remembering Kayath's and the late Izyancorth's flights, the only two he lost. He also remembered his only daughter, who is in the enemy's camp. He crooned sadly and gazed at the sky, watching the clouds go by.
