Okay, on to the summary of what has happened in the hatching and thus far IC, I'll be breaking it down into three sections.
Trelis Hatching- All of the eggs have hatched and impressed, some to NPC's where they can be adopted, but there were no betweens or duds in the group. The Gold Egg turned out to hold a Topaz, there were many stands impressions, and candidates were mauled by a pair of Garnet and Bronze hatchlings, one of which impressed to a girl.
Trelis Plots- In terms of what has been happening at Trelis since the Gather, it can be summed up in everything's about babies. Izanycorth and Kayath clutched for the first time, and both clutches hatched successfully. Iirla gave birth to her baby girl named Kiira, and Weyrlord J'dol found that the main leaders of the Weyr are not the only pair that have been expecting children.
Other than this bubbly, yet surprisingly humurous, turn of events, there has also been sightings of unknown Dragons and Riders around the Weyr, and rumors are running rampant throughout the caverns since Inali and Inoria left without warning. The pair still has not been heard from, and some rumor them to be dead, while others say they have been sighted at Rindell with the other rebels.
Rindell Plots- In the Rebellion it has been angst, angst, and oh yes, more angst as of late. With none of the four Sub-Queens haven risen since the Rebellion first formed, and no plans for attack or moving on from their small quarters, the rebels are becoming increasingly volatile. When the thief F'lon came back with a familiar Greenrider, Panille was put in charge of the mix-matched Weyrling group called the Darkbloods, and true to form found mentors for them and set up a more one-on-one teaching program.
Around this time Inali and Inoria arrived at the Rebellion as well, causing rumors to fly since the news of S'vrin becoming Sevrin and the Anti-Rebels fleeing away from Trelis went around the camp. Still though, there had been no major action to take back a place or do anything about the living condition they had. As days passed, a drought has been wearing the herds on Rindell thin, and the rebels have been forced to search for food on the Southern Continent.
Southern and Bay Weyr however, two Weyrs against the Rebellion's cause, have scared off any dragons that have tried to hunt, and squirmishes between riders both in and out of the rebellion is becoming more and more common.
Now, in both of these places, taking place after the hatching and in the begging of Summer once the season turns, there will be a few events to take place. In both Trelis and Rindell, a council meeting for each will be taking place between those riders that are in charge about the different events going on within the groups. Many of these issues in Rindell will be announced and discussed there, others can be imagined and brought up on the spot.
There will be Amethysts that will rise and clutch in Rindell which will further the tension, and the Darkbloods will be graduating soon as well. If you'd like to be paired with a mentor simply pm someone with a full grown rider within the rebellion and start threading with them. A few major lessons will be done together as a "class".
The main question here, and which is going to be voted on, is do you as a member group want a plot to be dropped on you all during the council meetings and allow your characters to react it, start to slide into a mentioning of something and having the full of it dropped later, or just let the characters develop something on their own by having them mention and discuss issues and run with something that seems to be IC causing problems? This is a great time to mention any ideas you have for where things can go as well.

I put slide into the plot, but really, I'd be equally happy with letting you drop it on us.
