A young child walking around the Weyrbowl wasn’t something that most people would think was anything special. But there was something special about this child. She was walking with two canines, one walking on each side of her, and two firelizards. Talian hadn’t really had all that much contact with the people she used to when her mother and sister were there. In fact, the bronze rider that was now following along behind her hadn’t really talked with all that many people either. Both T’rian and his daughter had sort of withdrawn into themselves and their little makeshift family that did very little to lessen the ache that was now in the hearts. T’rian had noticed that Talian had seemed to stop talking with the firelizards of the Weyr like she used to, and now wondered if there was anything he could do to help his daughter.

It had not been easy on many a person since Inali had left and taken Inoria with her. It was confusing, terrifying, curious. Alyara shook her head as she tried to take her mind across and through the thought again. She would never do such a thing to her own weyrmate or child, but then again she hadn't lost Avirith as Inali had with Loraketh. Sighing, the greenrider shook her head and shivered slightly. Wherever the two Trelis folk were, she wished them the best.
It did however leave the question of T'rian and Talian though. The bronzerider had been deadly silent since his 'mate had gone, and the Firelizards at Trelis were behaving...which meant Talian had stopped her tricks. Neither was a good turn of events. Hugging her arms tightly around the small bump to her belly Ara shook her head again. What would Inali have done if she were here at the hatching? Would she have been surprised at the turn of events that had occurred?
Alyara could only guess. StallorthMyKing, how fair you? Do you care to dance with me this morning? Avirith settled near the Bronze wherever he may be, ledge or cave Ara didn't know, and crooned gently to him trying to sound innocent and sweet. Careful Avi... As if following suit Ara quickly came across the father and daughter, her trio of flits immediately flocking to Talian and sending her images of love and cuddling against her. Even Aries who normally would have fought for that attention allowed herself to be forgotten in light of making the young girl happy.

Stallorth was sitting on his ledge keeping a close eye on his rider and Talian, just as he did every time they went out. He dipped his head slightly when Avirith joined him. I fair well Avirith, and I fear I will not be pleasant company, for I do not know dancing. He wasn’t exactly lying, he had never really danced before in any sense of the word, and he was hard pressed not to let his rider’s depressed moods affect him too badly. Talian stopped walking when Alyara’s flits flocked to her. She held out her left arm so that each of them would have a place to sit seeing as her own two flitters were in their customary spots with Chef sitting on her right shoulder and Ruby sitting proudly on Hers’ head. Then she sent each firelizard mixed feelings of sadness and happiness.
Talian was glad that they were there trying to make her happy again, and she was sure that one day she would be as happy as they wanted her to be. But for now she was still sad that her mother sister were gone, though she didn’t think she was so upset about the fact that they were gone as she was with the fact that they hadn’t even said goodbye to her or her father. She knew deep down in her heart that she would one day see her sister again, when that would be she wasn’t sure, but how could she not believe she would see Inoria again? T’rian smiled sadly as he watched his daughter with the firelizards, then looked around for the woman with who they were bonded. He nodded quietly at Ara and waved at her as he walked over to her. He didn’t say anything, but did take a little comfort in the presence of the woman who was friend with his ‘mate.
